The Evolve App

Let’s just throw this out there - Evolve are pretty damn proud of its online coaching app!

 

Unlike other online coaching services, time and money has been invested into designing a custom-built app from scratch rather than relying on a third-party company or off-the-peg software.

 

It is very important that you, the client, has the ultimate platform to access a whole host of features.

PLAN OVERVIEW

The Plan Overview gives you a breakdown of your goals, potential timescales, priorities for different phases and lifestyle changes.

It is strongly recommended that you refer back to this section frequently to remind you of your targets.

CHECK INS

You will be getting results week by week. So, the check-in service allows you to track your measurements, add photos and record health markers and weekly targets. Matt will review your progress with weekly check-ins and any necessary adjustments to your plans will be communicated to you by video feedback.

 

You also have the option to compare previous check-ins to review the overall picture! Safe to say, a very important part of the process!

WORKOUT ANALYSER

This area enables you to view the muscles groups you have targeted over the week and will specify the number of reps performed on each.

TRAINING PLANS

This section allows you to access your personalised training programs designed specifically for you.

 

These programs are redesigned every 4 – 6 weeks so you will never get bored in the gym! They will be tailored to any injures or restrictions and take into consideration any mechanical specifications that is felt necessary. You will be able to log your reps and weight for each session and save to the app as you go! Each exercise also has an accompanying demonstration video along with detailed coaching points.

WORKOUT GENERATOR

This area allows you to choose muscle groups to train and the duration you wish your session to be and it will automatically generate you a plan for you to easily follow.

 

Perfect for when you are travelling and want a structured workout to follow in the gym.

FOOD PREFERENCES

This area must be completed by you before your the design of your food plan.

 

Simply ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs down’ each food type and Evolve will ensure that only foods that you enjoy will be incorporated into the plan.

FOOD PLANS

This is where you access your personalised food plans.

 

These programmes are carefully designed to address not only calorie and macro targets (let Matt worry about the numbers) but also gut health and your preferred eating patterns. Evolve are big believers in allowing for some flexibility to keep your food intake consistent and adjustments will be made to your food plan as you go.

 

You’ll also get help in planning for social occasions!

When following a specific food plan you must ensure that your portion sizes are controlled.
