I was very sceptical about getting a online coach as I didn’t think they could help if there not with you in the gym pushing you on. 


Wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest but after Matt explained my diet plan and training plan it all came together. You just need to trust your trainer and do what he says.


Matt was always there to talk to no matter what time or how stupid my question was which was a massive help! His knowledge was second to none and always explained so I could understand lol.


I am in the best shape of my life all thanks to Matt! 


He was an amazing coach and would highly recommend him!


I’m gutted it has come to an end but my circumstances have changed so had to stop the training but when things go back to normal I will definitely be back for more!


Thanks to my coach Matt who is a top bloke, professional, dedicated and seriously knows his stuff with regards to fitness, nutrition and overall well being, there is no way I'd be anywhere close to where I am now if it wasn't for him.


As a super bike racer my last seasons aim was to become a lot more competitive on the bike and shedding the kilos and gaining strength has 100% got me to where I want to be, its not been easy, laying down new habits, becoming consistent and working hard but if I can do it, so can you.......

I started the online coaching process so that I could be confident that what I did in the gym and through nutrition would result in the  body transformation goals I had set myself. 


From day 1 the information Matt has given me has been fantastic, each and every week I have seen proven improvements in body composition in what has really seemed like a simple process. 


The learning process of starting to understand what kind of difference daily/weekly calories, macros and the type of training has made to my physical and mental performance. Amazing that I am now very aware of this and will continue along this path.


When I have had questions or problems, Matt has been available through WhatsApp messages to clear up any point requested.

 

My weekly check-ins along with a 15 minute call has been the accountability I have needed to stay focused on the process.

Going from 18% to 9.2% Body fat within a 14 week period has been amazing. I’m proud to feel that, at my current age of 52, I’m in the best shape of my life.


I would highly recommend this program to all who want to improve their wellbeing, fitness, body composition and general standard of life.
